Description

You will provide application support for distributed technologies in a production environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents, problems, and changes following ITIL framework processes.
• Write simple and complex SQL queries to manage data within Oracle and MS SQL databases.
• Execute scripting tasks using Shell and Linux environments.
• Maintain knowledge management assets including support manuals, standards, and project handover checklists.
• Operate within established SLA guidelines and prioritize technical efforts effectively.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support on distributed technologies.
• Deep product knowledge of IBM CMOD and Xenos.
• Proficiency in Shell and Linux scripting.
• Experience with Java and J2EE.
• Strong database skills in DB2, Oracle, and MS SQL Server.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries.
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Experience with knowledge management and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
