Description

You will lead technical support for the enterprise data platform, managing internal and vendor resources to ensure system stability.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of internal and vendor resources in delivering technical support.
• Troubleshoot Azure data service issues and provide effective technical solutions.
• Manage planned and unplanned platform activities to minimize downtime.
• Identify, track, and escalate risks in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party stakeholders to resolve complex issues.

Required Skills

• 10 to 13 years of overall professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience leading support teams technically.
• Expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), and Synapse.
• Strong knowledge of SQL queries and performance tuning.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Azure Fundamentals or Azure Data Engineer certifications (AZ-900, DP-200, or DP-201).
• Proven ability in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Experience managing vendor relationships.

Preferred Skills

• Azure PowerShell or Python scripting for data transformation in ADF.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SSIS, or API integration with Azure Data Platform.
