Description

You will manage production operational support for applications and services within a specific portfolio.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of production operational support, including 24x7 on-call availability and change management.
• Drive operational standards across the portfolio as the operational portfolio leader.
• Execute monitoring, alerting, tuning, and disaster recovery planning.
• Manage incident tickets to ensure compliance with SLAs and analyze trends and impact metrics.
• Oversee security vulnerability management and contribute to PLM roadmap planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in operational support or service management.
• Proficiency in monitoring, alerting, and system tuning.
• Experience with disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Proven track record of incident ticket management within SLA requirements.
• Ability to perform trend analytics and impact metric reporting.
• Experience with PLM roadmap and planning.
• Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
