Description

You will lead front-line support operations for Treasury and Calypso applications, ensuring operational stability and compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the support team and manage day-to-day issues within Calypso and Treasury applications.
• Monitor deal flow from trading platforms and resolve stuck interface deals.
• Maintain application health and manage DR and BCP processes for Treasury systems.
• Provide production support to business users, resolving issues within agreed TAT or escalating as required.
• Track open issues and deliver Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for all resolved incidents.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional work experience in production support environments.
• Techno-functional knowledge of Calypso and Treasury applications.
• Understanding of asset classes including FX, FI & MM, and Derivatives.
• Ability to lead a support team and manage business user expectations.
• Strong problem-solving and technical query resolution skills.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Java coding, Linux, and SQL.
• Foundational knowledge of networking concepts.
