Description

Support corporate compute operations and manage Oracle HRMS support activities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage 24x7 compute operations and resolve system failures through proactive and reactive measures.
• Develop project plans, track progress, and manage stakeholder coordination for project execution.
• Coordinate with internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure technical feasibility and project delivery.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and present status dashboards to IT leaders.
• Oversee interfaces between Oracle HRMS and other integrated applications.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Oracle HRMS implementation and support.
• Functional knowledge of Oracle HRMS and HR operation processes.
• Experience managing Oracle ERP-based projects or similar SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Strong understanding of application interfaces.
• Ability to manage project scopes, objectives, and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle HRMS FORMS.
• Understanding of Oracle Self-service pages and Oracle HRM back-end tables.
