Job Summary:

The Support Technician 1 is responsible for providing hands-on technical support including computer setup, replacement, imaging, data migration, and assisting users with hardware and software issues. This role ensures smooth device refresh activities and delivers strong customer service in an on-site environment.

Responsibilities:

• Image, install, and replace computers and docking stations.
• Migrate data and support device refresh activities.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Assist with upgrades, testing, and system support.
• Document service work and provide strong customer support.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Experience with computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office Suite, and peripherals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to lift 30 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Windows 11 technical support experience
