You provide on-site technical assistance and customer-facing support to end users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and related software.
• Perform break-fix troubleshooting and desk-side support.
• Execute data migrations and hardware refreshes.
• Manage onsite updates and configuration changes for end-user equipment.
• Deploy and configure software installations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical experience in end-user support.
• Hands-on experience with break-fix troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in desk-side support and onsite technical assistance.
• Experience performing data migrations.
• Skilled in software installations and configuration.
• Ability to manage hardware refreshes and device deployments.

Preferred Skills

• Degree or equivalent experience (Any Graduate).
