Description

You will build and deploy NLP models to extract insights from survey data and manage the end-to-end data pipeline.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy NLP models for topic modeling and sentiment analysis using OpenAI and LLM techniques.
• Build and maintain data pipelines using Databricks to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Create interactive Tableau dashboards and Excel reports to visualize trends and model outputs.
• Perform root cause analysis by linking structured and unstructured survey responses to identify drivers of satisfaction.
• Document all model development, pipeline setups, and analysis results in Confluence.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in data analysis or related roles.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with NLP models and LLM techniques for verbatim analysis.
• Experience building and managing data pipelines.
• Advanced skills in Tableau for data visualization.
• Strong competency in Excel for reporting.
• Ability to conduct trend analysis and benchmarking against historical data.
