Required Skills

• 2+ years of professional experience working with the Decipher platform.
• Proven experience in survey programming and data collection.
• Ability to start immediately.
• Any Graduate degree.
• Strong attention to detail in logic implementation.
• Ability to work independently on programming tasks.
• Understanding of data collection best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other survey platforms.
• Background in statistics or research methods.
