Define software architecture, requirements, and integration strategies for embedded systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define software requirement specifications, ensuring they are traceable, testable, and verifiable across functional, operational, and safety domains.
• Design software architecture, including component breakdown, interface definitions, and dynamic behavior modeling.
• Allocate system requirements to software components and validate major architectural decisions.
• Drive software reusability, standardization, and COTS integration while supporting hardware/software integration activities.
• Provide technical leadership on software architecture, cybersecurity best practices, and verification & validation processes.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Embedded Software Development and Software Architecture.
• Strong expertise in Embedded C++, Linux, and Cyber Security concepts.
• Experience with RTOS, middleware, and embedded execution environments.
• Proficiency in UML, software modeling, and requirement engineering.
• Knowledge of software lifecycle, coding standards, and integration methodologies.
• Ability to define RAM constraints and manage hardware/software integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with functional safety standards and verification & validation processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
