Description

You will design, develop, and implement MES solutions to meet business requirements and integrate with existing systems.

Responsibilities

• Capture system-level requirements through stakeholder collaboration and provide fact-based work estimates.
• Lead technical discussions and evaluate software design choices and trade-offs.
• Maintain code quality using unit testing, code quality automation, and pair programming.
• Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, scrum meetings, and retrospectives.
• Develop automated tests and conduct regular code reviews to ensure software quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience specifically in MES.
• Proficiency in C#, Java, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with MES configuration, customization, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial automation.
• Experience working within the Agile software development lifecycle.
• Ability to identify work scope and justify technical estimations.
