Description

You will own the physical lab environment, ensuring infrastructure stability and security for remote testing teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy standardized Mac and PC images, applying security patches and updates.
• Assemble and maintain racks, servers, and hardware systems for validation and testing.
• Build electrical and mechanical fixtures for CGM product testing, including wiring and soldering.
• Test and inspect electrical installations to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Document lab layouts, device inventories, and usage standards to maintain operational continuity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years managing physical lab infrastructure, hardware setup, and rack configuration.
• Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows imaging, patch management, and endpoint security.
• Networking fundamentals: switching, routing, VLANs, firewalls, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of source code management (Git) and Android/iOS device debugging.
• Familiarity with API-based testing and network debugging tools like Charles Proxy.
