Description

You will implement and support SWIFT services and infrastructure within an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support SWIFT services including SWIFTNet, FIN, InterAct, and FileAct.
• Manage messaging interfaces such as SAA, AMH, SAG/SNL, and microgateway.
• Configure and maintain workflow and routing for MT and MX/ISO20022 messaging.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions to business units daily.
• Support automated deployment processes using EPL and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years implementing and supporting SWIFT services.
• Hands-on experience with SAA, AMH, SAG/SNL, and microgateway.
• Proficiency with FIN, FileAct, and InterAct.
• Working knowledge of MT, MX, and ISO20022 standards.
• Experience implementing SWIFTNet infrastructure.
• Understanding of network security protocols including VPN, Firewalls, TCP/IP, and TLS.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Effective communication skills for daily interaction with bank business units.
