Description

You will support and maintain SWIFT technologies and infrastructure components, including migrating on-premise systems to cloud environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Support SWIFT products including Alliance Cloud, Alliance Access, Alliance Gateway, and Alliance Web Platform.
• Manage related components such as HSM and Alliance Connect.
• Determine causes of operating errors and implement corrective actions.
• Perform coding, debugging, and programming tasks to resolve technical issues.
• Migrate on-premise infrastructure to cloud environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with SWIFT products and services.
• Proficiency in Linux and Unix systems engineering.
• Experience with Python, specifically object-oriented programming.
• Working knowledge of SQL and XML.
• Experience utilizing REST APIs and general APIs for software development.
• Familiarity with middleware and messaging products like IBM MQ or SQS/SNS.
• Experience working within an Agile framework.
• Proficiency with JIRA, SharePoint, and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud computing technologies.
• Advanced use of Excel for data tasks.
