You will support the delivery of business and system requirements to drive significant business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Perform impact analysis for application modifications and identify end-to-end integration points.
• Work with development teams to refine requirements into executable specifications.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure application changes meet compliance standards and assist with acceptance testing.
• Assist users and developers with application testing, troubleshooting, and test solution configuration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or systems analysis.
• Hands-on experience administering SWIFT applications including SWIFT Alliance Access, SWIFT Alliance Gateway, Alliance Messaging Hub, or Alliance Web Platform.
• Experience working on UNIX operating systems.
• Proficiency in performing UNIX patching, upgrades, and configuration.
• Experience with Web technologies.
• Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis to align technology solutions with business strategy.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and influence technical strategy.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ANY GRADUATE education background.
