Description

You will manage and optimize Sybase databases and mainframe application environments, ensuring data integrity and system performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Sybase databases to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Develop and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, and CICS.
• Integrate data from various sources to maintain consistency and reliability.
• Optimize performance for both database systems and mainframe applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Sybase and mainframe environments.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in Sybase database and mainframe application development.
• Proficiency in Sybase ASE/IQ.
• Strong experience with COBOL, JCL, and CICS.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with Java or Python.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle or SQL Server database management systems.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and performance tuning techniques.
