Description

Provide global database support and maintenance for a complex enterprise environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot SAP Sybase ASE, IBM DB2 LUW, SAP Sybase IQ, and SAP Sybase Replication Server environments.
• Manage database alerts using ticketing tools.
• Collaborate with regional DBA teams to build technical relationships.
• Provide production support on a rotational basis, including weekends.

Required Skills

• 3 to 6 years of experience as a DBA supporting large-scale implementations.
• Direct experience with SAP Sybase ASE (versions 12.5.4 through 16.0).
• Experience with IBM DB2 LUW (versions 9.1 to 10.5) on RedHat Linux platforms.
• Knowledge of SAP Sybase IQ (versions 15 to 16).
• Proficiency in database administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting in complex environments.
• Familiarity with RedHat Linux (versions 4.5 to 6.10).

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work weekend rotations for production support.
