Description

You will manage and grow business accounts across the Uttarakhand region by providing technical solutions to customers in the Pharma, BioPharma, Chemical, Food, Environmental, and Academia sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business plans, territory plans, and tender documents.
• Identify and develop new accounts while maintaining existing customer relationships through regular site visits.
• Provide technical advice to customers to maximize sales potential and ensure customer success.
• Collaborate with Instrument Sales, Chemistry Operation, and Informatics departments.
• Manage sales activities and personal time effectively using Salesforce and quotation systems.
• Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environment requirements while on site.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience within the relevant field or industry.
• 2-4 years of specific experience in chromatography sales.
• Technical knowledge of Liquid Chromatography (LC) and Mass Spectrometry (MS).
• Practical experience in solution selling, specifically with HPLC, informatics, or LC-MS products.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific field such as Chemistry, Biology, or Biochemistry.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and quotation systems.
• Strong technical background in analytical technologies.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
