Description

You administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform for ITSM operations, ensuring stability and continuous improvement. You manage ITSM modules, CMDB integrity, and platform configurations while troubleshooting integration issues.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer the ServiceNow platform and manage ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
• Support CMDB administration, ensuring data integrity and configuration item management.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain REST API and SOAP integrations.
• Handle user administration, access management, and resolve workflow-related issues.
• Perform platform maintenance, upgrades, and maintain operational documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow Administration and ITSM support.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration and configuration.
• Proven experience managing ITSM processes and workflows.
• Good knowledge of CMDB administration and configuration management.
• Hands-on experience with REST API and SOAP integrations.
• Experience troubleshooting integration and platform-related issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
