Description

Manage end-user computing infrastructure, including IT laptop coordination, procurement, and inventory maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate issue and maintenance of IT laptops with the BT Refresh team, Admin team, and vendors.
• Support IT activities related to periodic site maintenance by coordinating with the BT Network team, Admin team, and ISP providers.
• Maintain network uptime through collaboration with the BT Network team, Admin team, and ISP providers.
• Manage laptop procurement and inventory maintenance in conjunction with the Admin team.
• Oversee UPS maintenance coordination with the Admin team.

Required Skills

• 3 to 8 years of experience in System Administration.
• Strong expertise in End User Computing (EUC).
• Proven ability to coordinate with internal teams (BT Network, Admin) and external vendors/ISP providers.
• Experience in IT asset management, including laptop procurement and inventory tracking.
• Knowledge of network maintenance and uptime monitoring.
• Understanding of hardware maintenance including UPS systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within large enterprise IT environments.
• Familiarity with vendor management processes for IT hardware.
