Manage and maintain Windows and Linux infrastructure environments, ensuring system health and resolving incidents.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform fundamental troubleshooting and resolution of incidents on Windows and Linux systems.
• Utilize ServiceNow and Jira to track, manage, and resolve tickets efficiently.
• Support infrastructure monitoring concepts and ensure system health through established protocols.
• Communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly in written and verbal formats.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system administration or IT operations.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency with ticketing tools, specifically ServiceNow and Jira.
• Understanding of infrastructure monitoring concepts.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Datadog, or Nagios.
• Basic knowledge of monitoring tools administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience administering monitoring tools like SolarWinds or Datadog.
