Description

You will maintain and evolve the core Windows infrastructure, focusing on Active Directory stability, automation, and technical planning.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enforce Group Policy across the domain.
• Troubleshoot complex Active Directory and replication issues.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve operational execution.
• Lead technical planning to anticipate future infrastructure needs.
• Execute AD migrations and performance improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of relevant IT experience.
• 5+ years specifically as a Senior Level AD Engineer.
• Expertise in Active Directory, including AD Sites & Services and Replication.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with PowerShell.
• Deep knowledge of AD Group Policy Objects.
• Experience with Windows Server environments.
• Familiarity with Ansible.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM).
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure.
