Description

You will provide L1/L2 support for hosting products and manage server infrastructure in a 24x7 shift environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own L1/L2 support for hosting products including cPanel, Plesk, VPS, cloud, and dedicated servers.
• Manage and configure virtual and dedicated servers while implementing fixes or upgrades across the stack.
• Investigate escalated technical cases and collaborate with engineering teams on root cause analysis (RCA).
• Resolve issues flagged by monitoring systems and refine support policies and procedures.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hosting industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Linux and command-line operations.
• Proficiency with cPanel, WHM, Email, FTP, and SSH.
• Experience managing WordPress and Magento environments.
• Ability to work 24x7 shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
