Description

Provide L1/L2 support for hosting products and manage server infrastructure in a 24x7 shift environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure virtual, dedicated servers, and cloud environments including cPanel and Plesk.
• Investigate escalated technical cases, perform root cause analysis with engineering teams, and implement permanent fixes.
• Resolve issues flagged by monitoring and alerting systems to prevent recurrence.
• Develop scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks and enable support teams to resolve issues independently.
• Maintain operational standards and SLAs by documenting procedures in the Operations handbook.

Required Skills

• 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hosting industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Linux and command-line operations.
• Proficiency with cPanel and WHM.
• Experience managing Email, FTP, and SSH protocols.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress and Magento.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to participate in 24x7 shift rotations.
• Any Graduate degree.
