Description

You will provide L1/L2 support for hosting products and manage server infrastructure in a 24x7 shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Own L1/L2 support for hosting products including cPanel, Plesk, VPS, cloud, and dedicated servers.
• Manage and configure virtual and dedicated servers while resolving issues flagged by monitoring systems.
• Develop tools and scripts to automate repetitive tasks and enable independent issue resolution.
• Liaise with engineering teams to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
• Handle incident response, troubleshooting, and escalations to ensure SLAs and operational standards are met.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hosting industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Linux command-line operations.
• Proficiency with cPanel and WHM.
• Experience managing Email, FTP, and SSH.
• Technical familiarity with WordPress and Magento.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to participate in 24x7 shifts.
• Any Graduate degree.
