Description

You will provide L1/L2 support for hosting products and manage server infrastructure in a 24x7 shift environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own L1/L2 support for cPanel, Plesk, VPS, cloud, and dedicated servers.
• Manage and configure virtual and dedicated servers, resolving issues flagged by monitoring systems.
• Develop scripts to automate repetitive tasks and enable independent issue resolution.
• Liaise with engineering teams to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
• Handle incident response, troubleshooting, and escalations to ensure SLA compliance.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in system administration or hosting support.
• In-depth knowledge of Linux command-line operations.
• Proficiency with cPanel and WHM.
• Experience managing Email, FTP, and SSH services.
• Technical familiarity with WordPress and Magento.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to participate in 24x7 shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the hosting industry.
