Description

You will manage and maintain hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure, ensuring security compliance and system availability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor server health, system alerts, and notifications across AWS and Azure environments.
• Manage security policies to comply with NCSC and maintain security appliances including Qualys, Axonius, Cortex, and Palo Alto.
• Administer GPO, shared printers, SharePoint Online DL, and hybrid environments using Exchange and Azure AD.
• Deploy and update applications for mobile and Windows platforms using Intune.
• Maintain virtualization technologies, backup and restore processes for Hyper-V, cloud instances, and AMI.
• Configure and troubleshoot network design, including switching and routing for on-prem and cloud sites.
• Execute Windows 11, application, and OS updates using SCCM.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in system administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Deep knowledge of SCCM for client and server OS deployment and upgrades.
• Experience managing hybrid environments (Exchange and Azure AD).
• Hands-on experience with networking, specifically switching and routing.
• Experience with Intune for mobile and Windows application management.
• Ability to write comprehensive technical documentation.
• MCP, MCSA, MS500, AZ-900, Azure Administrator Associate, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing and managing infrastructure networks for multiple sites.
• Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture and interface architecture.
