Description

You will manage server infrastructure and provide technical support for 24/7 life safety operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Windows and Linux servers to monitor resource anomalies.
• Manage patch management, backup and recovery, and virtualization tasks.
• Deploy and configure desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware.
• Respond to Tier 1 support requests and resolve user connection issues.
• Maintain detailed architecture documentation, inventory records, and change histories.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in Patch Management.
• 3-5 years of experience with Desktop and Server Applications.
• 3-5 years of experience with General Networking and hands-on network equipment.
• 3-5 years of experience with Backup and Recovery.
• 2-3 years of experience with Virtualization.
• 1-2 years of experience with Desktop, Laptop, and Server Hardware.
• 3-5 years of experience in Cybersecurity.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Programming knowledge in SQL, PHP, Bash, or PowerShell.
• 2-3 years of experience in General Database management.
