Description

Manage large-scale enterprise systems, focusing on Managed File Transfer (MFT) and batch scheduling within Linux and Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain GoAnywhere MFT jobs to meet security and business requirements.
• Manage batch execution and production scheduling in BMS Control-M environments.
• Monitor Linux and Windows servers to detect, alert, and resolve outages and job failures.
• Design, test, and troubleshoot file communication processes for internal and external trading partners.
• Maintain operational documentation, including runbooks, playbooks, and system configuration records.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with GoAnywhere MFT and GoAnywhere development.
• 5+ years of experience in Batch Management.
• 5+ years of experience with CMDB.
• Proficiency in Linux file/folder permissions and secure transfer protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to analyze user requirements to develop automated solutions.
• Experience following coding and documentation standards through formal review processes.

Preferred Skills

• 3 years of experience with ITIL v4 Foundations.
