Description

You will oversee IT systems and programs to support a large-scale enterprise environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Managed File Transfer (MFT) jobs using secure protocols and GoAnywhere.
• Manage batch execution and production scheduling using BMS Control-M.
• Monitor Linux and Windows server environments to detect, alert, and respond to outages and job failures.
• Design, write, test, and debug processes for file communication with internal and external partners.
• Maintain operations documentation, including runbooks and playbooks, following SDLC standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with GoAnywhere MFT and GoAnywhere development.
• 5+ years of experience in Batch Management.
• 5+ years of experience with CMDB.
• Proficiency with Linux and Windows Server platforms.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working with Cloud and SaaS application platforms.
• Ability to research failures and provide technical resolutions for Service Desk support.

Preferred Skills

• 3 years of experience with ITIL v4 Foundations.
