Description

You will manage, troubleshoot, and maintain server and workstation environments to ensure system stability and security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues using remote diagnostic tools.
• Deploy hotfixes and patches to mitigate security or stability threats.
• Manage systems to meet Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and Recovery Point Objective (RPO) targets.
• Maintain compliance with licensing and corporate security requirements.
• Participate in project planning and technical knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 8+ months of experience installing, upgrading, patching, and troubleshooting server-based software.
• 2+ months of experience supporting server operating systems and web server administration.
• 2+ months of experience in network troubleshooting and system architecture.
• 2+ months of experience with security principals and database client installation/configuration.
• Proficiency with VMware and virtualization technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Solutions, including Windows Operating Systems and Active Directory.
• Experience with SQL Server.
• Familiarity with ITIL methodology, specifically Incident and Change management.
• Experience working with source code control systems.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of PowerShell.
