Description

You will manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure and network systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware components.
• Manage network servers, technology tools, and user workstations.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot outages or technical issues.
• Ensure data security through access controls, firewalls, and backup/recovery protocols.
• Build and maintain an internal wiki containing technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in System Administration or Network Administration.
• Experience with Windows Server Administration and VMWare/Virtualization.
• Proficiency in Office 365 Administration and Tally support.
• Hands-on experience with LAN, WAN, and patch management.
• Knowledge of Cloud Services including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Familiarity with Web Servers, Databases, and Storage systems.
• Experience with Linux server troubleshooting and ticketing systems.
• Understanding of system security and data backup/recovery procedures.
• Knowledge of Open source software and various operating systems.

Preferred Skills

• BSc/BE in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Professional IT certifications.
