Description

Manage and support airport infrastructure systems including CCTV, access control, parking, and emergency management platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and enhance applications and data structures to support operational workflows.
• Perform system configuration, installation, and upgrades for hardware and software components.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-call support for critical system failures.
• Collaborate with users and developers to gather requirements, document designs, and develop test plans.
• Manage vendor relations to research products and resolve complex technical problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration or application implementation.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV software and hardware components.
• Proven knowledge of Access Control Systems.
• Experience with parking systems and sensor monitoring systems.
• Ability to perform process and data analysis to integrate software into network environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and programming skills.
• Experience writing technical requirement specifications and design documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience maintaining web interfaces and ensuring website design consistency and security compliance.
