Description

You will manage and support Microsoft-based operating system environments, network infrastructure, and cloud services in a hybrid capacity.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Active Directory, Okta, and Microsoft Office 365 environments.
• Manage user accounts, network configurations, and physical IT server maintenance.
• Configure and support Cisco switches, routers, and wireless devices within secure environments.
• Resolve technical tickets related to email security, archived services, and cloud applications.
• Maintain secure infrastructure for internet connectivity, file storage, and printing services.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Operating Systems environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 application configuration and end-user support.
• Proven experience configuring and supporting Cisco switches and routers.
• Direct experience managing Microsoft Active Directory and OneDrive.
• Experience administering Okta environments.
• Ability to manage both cloud and physical on-site network and system services.
• Experience supporting virtual storage and server configurations.
• Background in providing technical support to business units and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing part-time Azure support.
