Description

You will manage and support enterprise Windows and Linux infrastructure, overseeing Microsoft M365 services, virtualization, and system performance across multiple locations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer enterprise applications, networks, and operating systems in a hybrid environment.
• Manage enterprise backup, recovery procedures, and system configuration management.
• Monitor system performance and manage directories, virtualization, and application delivery.
• Oversee Microsoft M365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform.

Required Skills

• 8 years of professional experience in IT operations or support.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• Proficiency in Windows PowerShell and Windows Group Policy management.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows server environments.
• Experience managing M365 services, specifically SharePoint and Teams.
• Knowledge of enterprise system performance monitoring and operations management tools.
• Proven track record supporting enterprise environments spanning multiple locations.
• Experience with virtualization and endpoint management tools.
