You will manage and optimize network structures, server environments, and Microsoft Teams Calling infrastructure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage physical and logical network structures and server environments.
• Administer servers following standard industry practices and procedures.
• Analyze system logs to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor performance metrics to optimize server efficiency.
• Support Microsoft Teams Calling infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with physical and logical network structures.
• 7+ years of experience in server administration practices and procedures.
• 3+ years of experience with Linux OS.
• 3+ years of experience with Windows OS.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Teams Calling.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing performance metrics for server optimization.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing system logs for troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced experience with Microsoft Teams Calling.
