Description

You will administer Atlassian Cloud and Data Center instances, ensuring system stability, security, and optimal user experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Atlassian Cloud organizations, sites, and centralized user provisioning via Atlassian Admin Hub.
• Configure and maintain Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and Confluence spaces to meet business requirements.
• Implement automation rules using Jira Automation and develop custom scripts in Python or Groovy.
• Install and manage marketplace apps, integrations, and API connections with third-party applications.
• Perform system audits, backups, upgrades, and migrations while ensuring compliance with security policies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in System Administration, specifically with Atlassian Cloud and Data Center.
• Deep expertise in Jira and Confluence configuration, including JQL, workflows, and schemes.
• Proficiency in Python and Linux system administration.
• Experience with API integration, automation, and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and change management.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide user support.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jira Service Management (JSM) and Jira Align.
• Atlassian certifications (ACP-100, ACP-120, ACP-200).
• Knowledge of Atlassian Access, Okta, Forge, and Rovo agent troubleshooting.
