Description

You will manage core business applications and maintain critical IT infrastructure to ensure 99% uptime.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Google Workspace, HRMMS, ATS, and other business applications.
• Maintain servers, networking, and VoIP applications.
• Provide end-user support, infrastructure management, and service request fulfillment.
• Debug and manage LAN, PBX, and VPN user connectivity.
• Support and troubleshoot hardware including desktops, laptops, and servers.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in IT systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Networking.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Google Suite applications.
• Experience with LAN and PBX debugging.
• Practical knowledge of hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and servers.
• Ability to manage VPN users and perform remote system debugging.
• Functional English communication skills.
