Description

You will manage and maintain the end-user computing environment for lab computers and associated equipment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support and manage lab computer and equipment functionality.
• Support operating systems and administer lab computing infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot network issues and maintain IT hardware and software.
• Deploy and manage Windows 10 environments, including OS migration.
• Create system images and manage software patching.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT system administration.
• Expertise in Desktop Support and Operating Systems management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft OS environments (Windows XP, 7, 10).
• Experience with Active Directory and SCCM Patching.
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Empower LacE and Unicorn Systems.
