Description

You will manage and support global infrastructure services, ensuring high availability across on-premises and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
• Manage Active Directory Domain Services, DNS, and DHCP to maintain network integrity.
• Provision and maintain Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) environments on AWS or Azure.
• Operate server virtualization platforms, including VMware and Hyper-V.
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell or Linux Shell Scripts to improve efficiency.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in server administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft AD DS, DNS, and DHCP management.
• Experience provisioning cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Office 365.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy.
• Ability to work 24/7 rotational shifts for continuous service delivery.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Mobile Device Management platforms like Microsoft Intune or VMware AirWatch.
• Knowledge of enterprise anti-virus platforms and technical documentation writing.
