Description

Manage Ab Initio environments and production systems within a 24/7 support model.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical designs and code reviews to debug production issues and validate data mappings.
• Manage incident, request, and change tracking through investigation and closure.
• Monitor service availability, batch jobs, and report generation to ensure SLA compliance.
• Automate repetitive application maintenance tasks and propose performance improvements.
• Execute deployments, data loads, and data copies across production, QA, and test environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system administration or production support.
• Direct experience with Ab Initio administration.
• Proficiency with ITIL processes, including incident and change management.
• Experience using Jira, RLM, or ServiceNow for project and release management.
• Ability to perform environment health checks and validations.
• Capability to work night shifts within a 24/7 support rotation.
• Experience coordinating with development teams and outside vendors.
