Description

You will manage end-user resources, server monitoring, and hardware deployment in a hands-on technical role.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Tier 1 support requests and resolve break/fix issues for end-user resources.
• Configure and deploy desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware.
• Monitor system resources to identify and address server and service anomalies.
• Maintain accurate architecture documentation, inventory records, and change histories.
• Support team efforts regarding cybersecurity controls, threat hunting, and mitigation.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience with desktop, laptop, and server hardware.
• 3-5 years of experience with desktop and server applications.
• 3-5 years of experience with virtualization and backup and recovery systems.
• 3-5 years of experience in general networking.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with network equipment.
• 1-2 years of help desk support experience.
• 1-2 years of patch management experience.
• 3-5 years of customer service experience.

Preferred Skills

• 2-3 years of cybersecurity experience.
• 1-2 years of programming knowledge in SQL, PHP, Bash, or PowerShell.
• 3-5 years of general database experience.
