Description

You will manage 24/7/365 life safety operations and provide technical support for server and end-user infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
• Respond to Tier 1 support requests and resolve break/fix issues for end-user resources.
• Deploy and configure desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware.
• Monitor system resources for server and service anomalies.
• Assist with cybersecurity control improvements and threat hunting efforts.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with patch management and desktop/server applications.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with network equipment and general network knowledge.
• 3+ years of experience with virtualization, backup, and recovery.
• 2+ years of experience with desktop, laptop, and server hardware.
• 1+ year of help desk support and customer service experience.
• Ability to automate tasks using scripting.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• 2+ years of general database knowledge.
• Programming knowledge in SQL, PHP, Bash, or PowerShell.
