Description

This role manages end-user computing environments, servers, networks, and mobile devices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain desktop environments for end-users.
• Administer servers, networks, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot issues across laptop, desktop, and mobile device management software.
• Resolve printer and network connectivity problems.
• Provide support for Windows 10 and Office 365 applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in System Administration.
• Experience with Network administration.
• Desktop management expertise.
• Server management experience.
• Mobile Device Management (MDM) support.
• Troubleshooting experience on end-user hardware.
• Support for Windows 10 and Office 365.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell or similar).
• Experience with application packaging or image management using MDT.
