Description

Manage and maintain the PeopleSoft environment infrastructure, including installations, upgrades, and daily operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform PeopleSoft application 9.x and PeopleTools 8.5x installations.
• Implement change management using PUM and Change Assistant, applying bundles, patches, and maintenance packs.
• Maintain PeopleSoft and Oracle environments, including monitoring, backup/recovery, and job scheduling.
• Handle environment refreshes, cloning, and migrations for Application, DB Script, and SQR.
• Troubleshoot PeopleSoft server and environmental infrastructure issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration.
• Deep technical understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and PeopleTools administration.
• Expertise in PeopleSoft upgrade approaches for tools and application.
• Hands-on experience configuring PeopleSoft Change Assistant for upgrades.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL and Shell Scripting for automation and maintenance tasks.
• Sound knowledge in Integration Broker setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience maintaining Oracle WebLogic monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated initiative.
