Description

You will manage and secure Mac devices across a large-scale enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement standard Mac configurations following organizational security policies.
• Deploy and manage hardware using Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager.
• Package, deploy, and update software applications using scripts and packaging tools.
• Manage the full device lifecycle from procurement through disposal and maintain hardware/software inventories.
• Implement security measures including encryption, antivirus, and endpoint protection while conducting regular vulnerability scans and patch deployments.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in IT systems administration.
• 5+ years of experience managing Mac devices in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Proficiency with Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager.
• Expertise in macOS operating system configuration and security.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or AppleScript.
• Experience with software packaging, patching, and MDM solutions.
• Familiarity with CMDB and ITSM tools.
• Knowledge of network protocols and security practices.
• Experience integrating Mac devices into mixed OS environments (Windows/Linux).
• Proven root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification.
• Apple Certified IT Professional (ACITP) certification.
