Description

You will manage, configure, and secure the organization's network and server infrastructure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet systems.
• Maintain network and security hardware, software, and security patches.
• Monitor network availability and perform necessary maintenance for all users.
• Plan and implement network security measures and maintain security policies.
• Analyze workflow, access, information, and security requirements.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience as an IT professional.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a systems administrator in Windows or Linux environments.
• Experience with VMware, LAN/WAN, and network systems.
• Knowledge of Cyber security frameworks (NIST or CIS), HIPAA, and PCI compliance.
• Familiarity with SQL and database operations.
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ability to complete Department of Revenue Security Clearance requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in large enterprise environments with 100+ servers.
• Scripting experience in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience with central administration tools like Syslog, Puppet, or Splunk.
