Description

Administer Dynatrace monitoring infrastructure for applications and services, ensuring data quality and alerting effectiveness.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production performance incidents using Dynatrace APM signals and telemetry.
• Investigate and troubleshoot APM findings to identify bottlenecks, regressions, and service-impacting issues.
• Correlate symptoms with microservice behavior using application architecture knowledge.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences through written and verbal updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system administration and application performance monitoring operations.
• Dynatrace administration and operations expertise.
• Root cause analysis (RCA) for production performance incidents.
• Strong understanding of Application Performance Monitoring (APM) concepts and monitoring workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot APM findings and support incident resolution.
• Experience troubleshooting in APM/observability environments.

Preferred Skills

• Deep understanding of microservices architecture.
