Key Skills: Application Performance Monitoring (APM), RCA, Dynatrace, Troubleshooting

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Dynatrace monitoring for applications and services, ensuring data quality and alerting effectiveness.
• Perform RCA for application performance incidents using Dynatrace APM signals and related telemetry.
• Investigate and troubleshoot APM tool findings to identify bottlenecks, regressions, and service-impacting issues.
• Use understanding of application architecture (including microservices) to correlate symptoms with service behavior.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences through written and verbal updates.

Skills Required:

• 5 - 10 years of experience in system administration and application performance monitoring operations
• Dynatrace administration and operations
• RCA (root cause analysis) for production performance incidents
• Application Performance Monitoring (APM) concepts and monitoring workflows
• Ability to troubleshoot APM findings and support incident resolution

Good to Have:

• Troubleshooting experience in APM/observability environments

Education: Relevant degree (or equivalent practical experience)
