Description

You will manage IT support and maintain server infrastructure within an AWS environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and applications.
• Manage and maintain AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, and KMS.
• Deploy infrastructure using CloudFormation.
• Monitor system health and performance using CloudWatch.
• Provide IT helpdesk functions and direct user support.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support and technical troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience managing servers in an AWS environment.
• Proficiency with AWS EC2, S3, RDS, and KMS.
• Experience with CloudFormation and CloudWatch.
• Scripting and programming skills using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience utilizing AWS Support services.

Preferred Skills

• AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect or SysOps Administrator.
• Experience with network configuration and security.
